Many players have questions about online casino before they deposit their first euro — here are the honest answers. This guide walks you through every practical step, from sign-up to mobile play, bonus math, and handling any withdrawal delays.
What You Need First
Before you begin, gather a few essentials to make the process smooth and secure.
- A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
- An email address you can access for verification emails
- A smartphone or computer with an up-to-date browser
- Payment method: a debit/credit card, e-wallet (like Skrill or Neteller), or a bank transfer account
- At least one form of government-issued ID for KYC checks (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
Important: Always ensure you are on the official website before entering any personal data. Check the URL for a padlock icon (SSL encryption).
How to Sign Up
Registration takes about five minutes. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the registration page — look for a “Sign Up” or “Join” button in the top-right corner.
- Enter your email address, create a secure password (minimum 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols), and select your country and preferred currency.
- Fill in your full legal name, date of birth, and current residential address — exactly as they appear on your ID.
- Accept the terms and conditions (read them first, especially the bonus wagering requirements).
- Submit the form. You will receive a verification email with a link — click it to activate your account.
- Log in for the first time. You may be prompted to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). This is optional but strongly recommended for account security.
Once your account is active, you can make a deposit. Minimum deposits typically start at €10 or €20 depending on the payment method.
Mobile Experience
The SpinBet app is designed as a progressive web app (PWA), meaning you can launch it directly from your mobile browser without visiting the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. To install the app as a PWA, open the official website on your smartphone, tap the browser’s share or menu icon, and select “Add to Home Screen.” This creates an icon that behaves like a native app — fast loading, offline access to your account, and full-screen play.
The mobile site is fully optimized for touch controls, with smooth navigation between slots, live dealer tables, and the cashier. All features — including deposits, withdrawals, and support chat — are available on mobile.
Bonus & Promotions
New players typically receive a welcome bonus package that may include a deposit match and free spins. To claim a promotion, you often need to enter a SpinBet promo code during the deposit process. Always check the terms before depositing.
Here is a worked example to show how a bonus with wagering requirements works:
| Term | Value |
|---|---|
| Deposit amount | €100 |
| Bonus percentage | 100% match |
| Bonus received | €100 |
| Total balance after deposit | €200 (€100 cash + €100 bonus) |
| Wagering requirement | 35x the bonus amount |
| Total playthrough needed | €100 × 35 = €3,500 |
| Maximum bet per spin while wagering | Typically €5 |
| Game contribution to wagering | Slots: 100% · Table games: 10% or 0% |
Note: Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots almost always count 100%, while blackjack and roulette may count far less. If you wager €100 on slots in one session, you reduce the playthrough by the full €100. If you play blackjack, you might only reduce it by €10. Always read the specific promotion terms.
Insider Advice: Handling a Delayed Withdrawal
Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 to 72 hours for e-wallets and 3–5 business days for bank transfers or cards. If your withdrawal takes longer:
- Check the pending status in your account history. Pending means the request is queued for manual approval.
- Ensure all KYC documents have been uploaded and approved. If verification is incomplete, the process will stall. Upload a clear photo of your ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement.
- Wait 48 hours from the request date before escalating. Minor delays due to high volume are common.
- Contact customer support via live chat or email. Provide your account ID, withdrawal amount, and the date you requested it. Be polite — support staff are more likely to expedite your case.
- If unresolved after 5 business days, escalate to a manager or use the casino’s official complaint procedure. Some players also file a dispute with the license issuer (e.g., Curacao eGaming) if the delay is unreasonable.
Important: If the site operates under a Curacao license, remember that winnings from such licenses may be subject to local income tax in your country. This is not a casino withholding — it is a personal tax reporting responsibility. Check with your tax authority.

E-wallet withdrawals are usually processed within 24 to 72 hours. Bank transfers and card payments can take 3 to 5 business days.
