How Wagering Works
Most bonuses at Jackpot City casino come with wagering requirements. For example, a 100% match bonus up to $400 might have a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Let’s calculate:
Deposit: $100, Bonus: $100 (for a total of $200). Wagering requirement = 30 × $100 = $3,000. You must wager $3,000 before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus.
But not all games count equally. Slots usually contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack may contribute only 10% or even 0%. If you play blackjack, each $10 bet counts as $1 toward the requirement. So to clear $3,000, you would need to wager $30,000 in blackjack (assuming 10% contribution). This is crucial to understand.
| Game Type | Contribution | Effective Wagering (on $3,000) |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 100% | $3,000 |
| Video Poker | 50% | $6,000 |
| Blackjack | 10% | $30,000 |
Always check the specific terms for each promotion, as they can vary. In practice, slots are the most efficient way to meet wagering requirements.
Money In, Money Out
Deposits are usually instant. You can use Interac, credit cards, or e-wallets. Withdrawals have processing times: e-wallets like Neteller or Skrill take 24–48 hours after approval, while bank transfers may take 3–5 business days. The casino may also impose a maximum withdrawal limit, often $4,000 per week for standard players, which can be higher for VIPs.
For example, if you win $10,000 and the weekly limit is $4,000, you will receive your winnings in three installments over three weeks (if you withdraw each week). This is a common policy to keep in mind.
Always use the same method for withdrawal as for deposit when possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
Security
Jackpot City casino uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. The site is also independently audited by eCOGRA for fairness. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for logins, which adds an extra layer of security. Keep your password private and never share your account details.
Important: Never reveal your password or verification codes to anyone claiming to be support staff. Official support will never ask for that.
