Bonus Mathematics
Leovegas casino typically offers a welcome bonus on the first deposit. Let us break down the real numbers using a common structure: a 100% match bonus up to €300 plus 50 free spins. The bonus amount is calculated as follows:
Step 1: Deposit amount × match percentage = bonus amount.
Example: deposit €200 → €200 × 100% = €200 bonus.
Step 2: Maximum bonus cap is €300, so if you deposit €500, the bonus is capped at €300 (not €500).
Step 3: Free spins are awarded as a separate package – usually 20 spins per day for 2–3 days.
Wagering requirement: The bonus must be wagered 35× before withdrawal of bonus winnings is allowed.
Formula: bonus amount × wagering multiplier = total wager needed.
Example: €200 bonus × 35 = €7,000 total wager.
Contribution by game type:
– Slots: 100% contribution (€1 wagered = €1 toward requirement).
– Table games and live dealer: typically 5–10% contribution.
– Example: betting €100 on blackjack counts as only €10 toward the €7,000 requirement.
Real numbers scenario:
User deposits €200, gets €200 bonus + 50 free spins. Free spin winnings are also subject to 35× wagering, usually capped at a max conversion of €1 per spin (so €50 max from spins). Total wager to release all bonus money: (€200 + €50) × 35 = €8,750. If the user plays only slots (100% contribution), they need to stake €8,750 in slot bets. At an average 96% RTP, expected loss on that wagering = €8,750 × (1 – 0.96) = €350.
Important: Bonus funds expire 30 days after activation. Free spins expire 7 days from issue. Always read the full terms before depositing.
Is It Safe?
