Wagering Calculation
Wagering requirements determine how much you must bet before you can withdraw bonus winnings. The formula is simple: bonus amount × wagering multiplier = total wagering requirement.
For example, if you claim a 100% match bonus up to 1 000 NOK and the wagering requirement is 35x, the calculation is as follows:
Bonus: 1 000 NOK
Wagering: 35x
Total required bets: 1 000 × 35 = 35 000 NOK
This means you must place wagers totaling 35 000 NOK before cashing out any winnings derived from the bonus. Note that not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack may contribute only 10% or even 0%. Always check the game contribution percentages in the terms.
| Game Type | Contribution to Wagering |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% |
| Table Games | 10% |
| Live Casino | 5% |
| Video Poker | 0% |
If you deposit 500 NOK and receive a 100% bonus (500 NOK), the wagering requirement is 500 × 35 = 17 500 NOK. If you play only slots (100% contribution), every 100 NOK wagered counts as 100 NOK toward the requirement. However, if you switch to blackjack (10% contribution), a 100 NOK bet only counts as 10 NOK.
Pro tip: Always read the bonus terms to understand the maximum bet allowed while wagering, typically 50 NOK per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit may void your bonus.
Money In, Money Out
Rocket Riches offers a variety of payment methods to suit players in Norway. Common options include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and prepaid cards like Paysafecard. Some players prefer using cryptocurrency, which is also supported on the platform. Deposits are usually instant, but withdrawal processing times vary by method.
| Payment Method | Deposit Time | Withdrawal Time | Typical Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank Transfer | Instant | 3–7 business days | May vary |
| Credit/Debit Card | Instant | 1–3 business days | Bank-dependent |
| E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller) | Instant | Under 24 hours | Usually free |
| Paysafecard | Instant | Not available for withdrawal | N/A |
| Cryptocurrency | Instant | Up to 1 hour | Network fees |
When withdrawing, ensure you have met all wagering requirements and that your KYC documents are approved. Withdrawal limits may apply; for instance, a maximum of 100 000 NOK per week. Also, the first withdrawal using a new method may take longer due to security checks.
Safety & Licensing
Rocket Riches operates under a Curacao eGaming license. While this allows it to serve international players, it is not as strict as a Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) or Norwegian license. Therefore, always check the license details in the footer of the website. A Curacao license provides a basic level of protection, but you should be aware of the limitations.
For Norwegian players, an important tip: winnings from casinos licensed in Curacao are often considered taxable income in Norway because the license is not within the EU/EEA. In contrast, winnings from casinos licensed in the EU/EEA (like MGA) are tax-free under Norwegian law. This means you must declare winnings from Rocket Riches on your tax return. The casino may not provide tax documentation, so it is your responsibility to report accurately.
The platform uses SSL encryption to protect your data and financial transactions. Additionally, it is a mobile-optimized site, meaning you can access it via your mobile browser without downloading an app from an app store.
